• Create your users and allocate the correct subscription to them as each user requires a valid subscription
• Create mailboxes for each user
• Create any email distribution groups you require within Office 365, such as info@adepteq.com or accounts@adepteq.com. Distribution groups do not require subscriptions as all the members of the group have individual subscriptions
• Forward email from your current solution to Office 365 to ensure no email is lost during the migration process
• Assist with setting up mobile devices
• Ensuring Outlook is configured for your users
