This is the level of assisted deployment up from Basic Remote Deployment of Microsoft Office 365 from Adepteq and this type of deployment is suitable for:

• Organisations that already have an internal network and is using Microsoft Active Directory (AD) to manage users and Groups but does not wish to migrate the content of existing mailboxes.

Adepteq 365+ Remote Deployment & User Migration includes:

• Recommendations on the most suitable subscription plan for your organisation
• Assistance with subscribing to Office 365
• Advice & guidance on creating your initial account (which will be used to manage your subscription)
• Verification of your domain with Microsoft so your email addresses can follow the format you require (when you subscribe to Office 365 your domain will be similar to @adepteq.onmicrosoft.com, so we ensure you can use @adepteq.com for your email addresses).
• Migrate your users from your Active Directory
• Create a one way synchronisation between your AD and Office 365 (So changes made in AD will be reflected in Office 365)
• Allocate the correct subscription to each user as each user requires a valid subscription (you can mix subscriptions as long as they do not include P1)
• Create mailboxes for each user
• Create any email distribution groups you require within Office 365 (either by activating an AD Group in Office 365 or creating specifically within Office 365), such as info@adepteq.com or accounts@adepteq.com. Distribution groups do not require subscriptions as all the members of the group have individual subscriptions
• Forward email from your current solution to Office 365 to ensure no email is lost during the migration process
• Following verification that everything is working as anticipated we will move your email collection from your current provider to Office 365
• Assist with setting up mobile devices
• Ensuring Outlook is configured for your users
